Your business doesn’t rest, neither does CTI customer support.  With end-to-end support solutions that include configuration design, installation and maintenance, we offer service in support of business customers 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year.  Emergency maintenance is performed within a 2-hour response time regardless of the time of day.  Non-emergency maintenance service for a defect or failure of the system is performed between 8am and 5pm, Monday through Friday (except holidays).
