Service is simple with CTI.  With a system Service Agreement, receive the following at no cost:

Free Site Survey - One of CTI's certified technicians will come on-site to do a complete inventory of your current software and hardware. This enables us to better serve you when future needs arise.

Programming/Training Assistance -Our experienced programming/training department can assist you with moves, adds or changes (MAC) either over the phone, through remote dial-in or an on-site visit. A certified trainer can be scheduled to visit your facility for additional trianing of staff, refresher courses for administration training, etc. All site vists have a one-hour minimum charge.
